What Happens After You Book?

Once you proceed to checkout and complete your details, your reservation request will be submitted to our team for review.

You will receive an email confirmation showing that your booking is pending approval — please check your email inbox (and junk folder, just in case).

A member of our admin team will then personally review your registration to ensure everything is accurate and that your selected dates are available. Once approved, you will receive a second email confirming your stay, along with a secure payment link to complete your booking.

This approval process helps prevent unnecessary charges and refunds, while allowing us to provide a more personal, smooth, and seamless booking experience.

Please check your emails carefully — you will receive one email confirming your pending request and a second email once your booking has been approved with your payment link.
